How much does this cost?

We charge based on the number of agents/ named users that require access to the platform plus customer conversations held, and the functionality they require. We bill annually up front.

How long are your contracts?

Our contracts are for a 12 month period. We find customers committing to this time period allows us to commit to them and drive the strong ROI we are known for.

Can I change plan?

During the 12 month contract you can upgrade at any time just contact your customer success manager.

Do you offer refunds?

In the first month of working with us if you are unhappy in any way we will give you a full refund of the fees paid to date, no questions asked.
